Meet Dr. Spiros Karas, DMD
For over 30 years, Dr. Spiros Karas has cared for New Jersey families - placing implants, restoring smiles, and treating multiple generations from the same household. He earned his DMD from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) and his undergraduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Dr. Karas is a member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, and the Monmouth County Dental Association. He practices at Classic Dental Arts in Manalapan Township, where the same doctor sees you at every visit - not a rotating roster of associates.
Every implant case is followed personally by Dr. Karas, from your first consultation, through treatment, to your annual check-ins. We are here for the long haul, not just the procedure.

Our patients pay in whatever way works for them - cash, check, wire transfer, all major credit cards, or
financing.
For patients paying in full at the start of treatment: We extend a 5% courtesy discount on the total
treatment plan.
For patients choosing to finance: We partner with trusted financing companies to offer a range of
flexible monthly payment plans, including 0% interest options for qualified patients. Specific payment terms
are reviewed during your consultation based on your treatment plan and credit profile.
Most PPO insurances accepted on an out-of-network basis: MetLife, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta

How long will I really wear them?
Most adult Invisalign cases take 4 to 8 months from start to finish. The Express 10 program, designed for
minor corrections, can finish in as little as 10 to 20 weeks. Dr. Karas tells you your specific timeline during
your Smile Preview based on what your case actually needs.
Will my coworkers or family be able to tell?
Invisalign trays are clear and fit closely to the teeth. Most people cannot tell you are wearing them unless
they are looking closely. They are removable for eating, drinking coffee or wine, and brushing - which
means there are no food restrictions during treatment.
What is the Invisalign Express 10 program?
Express 10 is a faster, lower-cost Invisalign option designed for patients with minor crowding or alignment
issues. It typically uses fewer trays and finishes faster than standard Invisalign. Whether you qualify
depends on your specific case - Dr. Karas confirms during your Smile Preview.
How much does Invisalign cost?
Invisalign Express 10 starts at $3,495. Standard Invisalign treatment varies based on complexity and is
quoted at your Smile Preview visit. Most PPO insurances contribute partial coverage. Monthly payment
plans are available through CareCredit and LendingClub.
What if my teeth shift back after treatment?
Dr. Karas provides a retainer at the end of your Invisalign treatment to hold your final result in place.
Wearing your retainer as directed prevents most relapse. If adjustments are needed during your planned
treatment timeline, those are included under our Free Adjustment Promise.
Can I get Invisalign if I have implants or crowns?
In most cases, yes. Existing dental work like implants and crowns does not necessarily disqualify you. Dr.
Karas reviews your specific situation during your Smile Preview and tells you whether Invisalign will work
for your case.
